Control centre order fulfilment
Introduction
Via the Control centre sales order fulfillment you can perform all action related to WMS delivery process. When you want a user only to be able to send orders to the scanner or reading orders from the scanner you can decide to not grant them rights on the control centre but only on the menu paths for sending and reading from scanner.
After entering a sales order (and depending on the settings also authorized and/or confirmed) you can start the control center sales order fulfillment via [WMS, To be processed, Order fulfillment, Control centre].
The available buttons also indicate the different process steps:

Description
Section Warehouse
Warehouse
Select a warehouse to show only the sales orders in which the selected warehouse is used.
Section Selection
Customer
Select a customer to only show the sales orders in which the selected debtor is linked as order debtor.
Order
To show a specific sales order, enter the number of that sales order.
Selection code
Select a selection code to only show sales order linked to a specific selection code. The selection code can be linked in the conditions of the sales order.
Shipping via
Select a shipping method to only show sales order to which this shipping method is linked.
Order picker
Select an order picker to show only orders linked to a specific order picker. You can assign an order picker to a sales order via the button 'WMS' in the sales order entry screen. When there's no order picker assigned to a sales order also the sales orders with no order picker assigned are shown.
Item code
This field is available as of product update 404. Selecting an item shows the sales order which contain the item, but the number of lines and items (units) are not related to the item code. Also all actions (such as sending to scanner) are also applied to the full order and not only to the order lines which contain this item. When an item is a BOM (make) item, you can only select one item code of the parts and not the item code of the make item itself.
Fulfillment date
Select a date to show only sales orders for a specific fulfillment date. All sales order with a fulfillment date equal or before the entered date are shown. To show all sales orders regardless of the fulfillment date select 'All'.

Show all
Checking this options shows also the sales orders which wouldn't be shown because of:
- The order debtor is blocked
- The invoice debtor is blocked
- The sales order is not authorized or confirmed
Status
Filter on the status of the sales order. The status determines which actions can be performed for the sales order and which buttons are available.
In the center of the screen all sales order which comply with the section criteria are shown. Here you select the sales order for which you want to perform an action. Per sales order some information is shown. Which columns are filled depends on the status of the sales order.
Urgent
Whether a sales order is seen as urgent depends on the selection code used in the sales order. In the WMS Sales Order fulfillment settings you can specify which selection code applies to urgent orders. Urgent orders are always shown in top of the list of orders.
Order
This column shows the order number of the sales order.
Fulfillment date
This columns shows the fulfillment date of the sales order.
Lines
The number of order lines to be delivered.
Items
The total number of to be delivered lines of the sales order.
Scanner
This column shows the scanner on which the delivery is registered.
Order picker
This column shows the order picker which is assigned to the sales order. You can assign an order picker to a sales order via the button 'WMS' in the sales order entry screen.
Customer / Name / Country
These columns show the number, name and country of the order debtor.
Your reference
This columns shows the 'Your reference' of the sales order.
Selection code
This columns shows the selection code which is linked to the sales order. The selection code can be linked in the conditions of the sales order.
Description / Description 1 / Description 2 / Description 3
These columns show the description as entered in the header of the sales order and the three descriptions entered in the conditions of the sales order.
Shipping via
This column shows the shipping method linked to the sales order.
Project
When a project is linked to the sales order, the project code of this project is shown in this column.
Customer
This column shows the code of the order debtor.
Authorized / Conformed / Completed
These columns indicate the status of the sales order. When the action is done a green checkmark is shown in these columns.
Blocked debtor / Invoice debtor blocked.
These columns only apply when the option 'Show all' is checked. Via these columns you can see why a sales order is not shown in the control centre.
On the bottom of the screen the following buttons are available:
Refresh
This button refreshes the data shown in this screen.
Replenishment
This button is only present when the setting 'Replenishment order' in de section 'Fulfillment: Pick and Pack' in the WMS Sales Order fulfillment settings is checked. This button changes the status of the sales order to 'Replenished'. This button applies to Pick and Pack.
Advice
This button applies to status 'New'. This button is only present when the setting 'Picking advice' in the WMS Sales Order fulfillment settings is checked. When defined that a picking advice is mandatory you have to generate a picking advice before you can start picking.
Send to scanner
This button applies to status 'New' and 'Advice'. With this button you can send the selected sales orders to the scanner for registering the fulfillment. A sales order which has been send to the scanner can't be modified anymore. Sending the sales orders to the scanner can also be executed via [WMS, Te be processed, Order fulfillment, Send to scanner].
When sending the sales order to the scanner a screen with the default communication method is shown (depending on the setting 'Ask user' in the WMS Sales Order fulfillment settings) is shown. When the setting is unchecked the export is executed without showing the screen with the communication method.
The screen enables you to select a communication method. By default the communication method linked to the warehouse is suggested.
Roll Back
This button applies to status 'Picking'. When you want to reverse the sending to scanner can use this button. First you have to select the status 'Picking' in de filter and then press this button.
Read from scanner
Read from scanner applies to sales orders with status 'Complete' on the hand terminal. You do not have to select/mark lines in the control centre screen. This button only applies to sales order with status 'Picking'. After registering the fulfillment on the hand terminal you have to read it back into the company. This can be done via this button or via menu [WMS, Te be processed, Order fulfillment, Read from scanner].
When reading from scanner a screen with the default communication method is shown (depending on the setting 'Ask user' in the WMS Sales Order fulfillment settings) is shown. In this screen you can select the communication method and file name (only applies to communication method 'File')
Validate
This button applies to status 'Picked'. After reading back the orders they have to be validated. It depends on the WMS Sales Order fulfillment setting 'Immediate validation' if the validation is done automatically after reading back. If not you can manually start the validation via this button.
When the setting 'Change freight data' is checked a screen in which you can define the freight data. When partial delivery or 'over' delivery is allowed and the order is not fully picked a message is shown and the orders gets the status 'Picking error'. When items without sufficient stock (of have already used serial/batch numbers) are picked this is shown in a report. Also in this case the order gets the status 'Picking error'.
Process
This button applies to status 'Validated'. This button can be used to process the sales order. It depends on the WMS Sales Order fulfillment setting 'Immediate processing' if processing is started automatically after validating. When using E-WMS Automatic Fulfillment this setting needs to be checked. If not you can manually process the sales order via this button. When processing the sales order the screen for printing sales orders is opened.
Open
When defined that you want to manually want to handle differences the order gets the status 'Picking error'. In that case you have to open the order via this button to handle the differences. When opening an order with status 'Picked' the validation is also done. After closing this screen the order is visible in status 'Validated' of 'Picking error'. You can also open an order in status 'Validated' to check the delivery or to modify the order. Order in status 'Picking error' you have to open to solve the error before the order can be processed.

Press this button to close this screen.
